Kingswood Daycare Nursery

I have had nothing but a great experience with this nursery everyone who works there are super friendly and definitely professional, My son is 2 years old and has many allergies to different foods as we are learning as we go along he has 2 Epi pens in the nursery incase of emergency's we had an incident in which we have forgot to mention he may be allergic to cucumber which he had an reaction to one day at lunch they nursery called me straight away to tell us he is itching more than usual. And that his breathing was fine and asked me to come and if I wanted the ambulance also at first I refused the ambulance just incase but upon arrival they called anyways even thoe he was feeling better as with allergies you can have a secondary reaction they kept me updated with photos of Mecca and his well being through the whole time the ambulance cleared any problems or issues but we still was encouraged to go hospital incase of a secondary reaction the staff was amazing through it all thanks

My son (MK) has attended this nursery since baby room (1 years old), he is now in the preschool room (4 yrs old next month). He loves Kingswood and has a great bond with staff and his lil pals. The staff are really good and always available and there to support if you have any questions. They send regular development updates and areas of focus for the month. The settling is clean and well maintained. We'll be sad leaving next year to head off to big boy school.

Our son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old, and over two years later, we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he has loved coming here and it's been wonderful to see how well he is cared for every day.

The staff are truly fantastic - warm, professional, and attentive - and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. Stacey and Kaylie, in particular, have been especially lovely and supportive, and we really appreciate all the effort they put into making the environment nurturing and fun. The management team is also excellent, always approachable and responsive.

We are so grateful for the positive role this nursery has played in our son's early years and would wholeheartedly recommend it to other families.

Our kid has been at Kingswood for almost a year, and we can absolutely tell how much he loves it there. Place is always clean, staff is warm, lovely and caring. I can't find any negative aspects about this nursery, as an Italian dad maybe I'd just remove the spaghetti on toast off the menu :)

I Highly recommend this nursery and I'm a parent who don't normally send her children to nursery till they are over 2 years of age

When my son started to join the nursery in what I noticed completely new staff, except 1 or 2 staff were old. Within two weeks we experienced accusations, and false promises. The nursery claimed on the website that a high service and caring which was not true at all. The manager is extremely rude, and arrogant, The Deputy manager owner's son is clueless. The nursery is dirty, and no safety is guaranteed in there. They seem to be using an app for communication but that is not true, false information, child hasn't even touched the food they claimed he had most of his food. The staff let the toddler go to the toilet by themselves. When there is an accident at the nursery they don't do anything but accuse kids parents. Managers don't even know the big difference between a fresh wound at nursery claiming it was an old bruise from home and accusing the mother done that to the child. Thanks to me I took a picture before my child went to nursery. Failed to show CCTV not even apology from nursery. Absolutely horrible place!

It’s an excellent nursery. My daughter has developed a lot in confidence after coming to nursery, the staff is excellent and extremely helpful in all ways. The staff put a lot of effort into the child’s learning, and development in all areas. The feel of the nursery is very friendly and safe of a child. I would really recommend this nursery to all parents.

My son attended this nursery (first child and first nursery) from the age of 14 months until 22 months. I cannot recommend Kingswood highly enough. The staff in the baby room is amazing, extremely caring, looking after the education and the behaviour of the child. The baby room is also spacious, clean and tidy. Lots of activities every day and detailed handover to parents in a delicate phase of growth. There are cotbeds and the sleep routine is highly considered. The manager is a strong woman, her leadership is great and she has been listening and sorting out any issues efficiently for the time we were there. We left last May as we moved out of London but I have to say we left the nursery in tears as we had very good memories there. I would recommend to anyone in London in this area. Very good nursery. Lovely staff and lots of things for the babies and children to do. Our daughter is really enjoying herself. Kingswood Daycare Nursery stood out from the other nurseries in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Kingswood Daycare Nursery is excellent. Both my children love going and have thrived during their time there. The staff are professional, friendly and very caring. They offer a very high standard of childcare and I would definitely recommend Kingswood Daycare Nursery.

I'm glad to watch my child's development and also happy with the activities.

Both my children attended Kingswood from the age of 9 months. from their very first day in the baby room, I knew my children would be looked after and cared for by an amazing group of people in a safe and secure environment making returning to work much easier. Kingswood has done wonders for their social development along with their confidence. They have learnt so much over the years through the different activities provided and the environment created by the staff. When my son started primary school he was completely ready to make that transition thanks to the Kingswood staff. My daughter is now in the pre-school room and loves every day that she is there. A great nursery with friendly, caring. professional and knowledgable staff.

We are very pleased with how our daughter has been taken care of for the past 4 years. Kingswood have always been very professional and my daughter has developed very well under their care.

My daughter joined the nursery in November 2014 and wasn't even talking properly. There she learnt English (not spoken at home). After a year, she has started communicating fluently in English. She has learnt a lot, for example how to behave with friends and public, how to eat decently, toilet trained and has turned out into a fine little lady. My only regret is not having sent here there before. I never believed that a 3 year old child could read at that age and I am very surprised to see my child read her story books, not perfectly of course, but she manages to read a lot of words. Honestly, Kingswood Day Nursery is the best nursery so far.
